Outreach Manager

Cameron joined Hurricane Island in June 2025 and is thrilled to combine her love of telling stories with her love of both the outdoors and the coast of Maine. She has worked in communications roles at several education-based nonprofits and is very excited to experience the magic of the island and the people that make it.

Cameron graduated from Gettysburg College with a B.A. in Globalization Studies and Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies and fell in love with community based nonprofit work. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, baking, drinking large amounts of coffee, and running (sometimes).
